Project Overview
Authentique Recruitment is a respected London job agency that specializes in the hospitality industry. A broad expertise of this company in the recruitment of chefs and hotel personnel allows them to achieve an ideal balance between the corporate culture of a potential employer, his business needs and a personality of a job seeker, his background, skills, knowledge and, maybe, latent capacities. Originally, an idea of this site was to facilitate the recruitment process for both sides.
Solution
My Web Factory attracted its best specialists to the project. All requirements from the client concerning the site’s layout and functionality were taken into account. The site was given a refined aesthetic solution proposed by our web design specialists. Structurally, the site was divided into 2 major sections, for job seekers and employers, respectively. Thanks to MWF web development specialists, both might evaluate convenience of registration with the system, which would provide them with some additional features. For example, creating / reading CV's or using a search engine to search through the database of CVs / vacancies and many others. Admin tools were given to the site owner to allow the full content management of the database.
The site features a logotype which was designed by My Web Factory logo design group.
After final approval by the customer, web site was launched and added to My Web Factory portfolio.
