Project Overview

Avi Kenan is an Israel-born sculptor, whose uncompromising art gained him an international fame in the 70s. His site at www.avikenan.com is an attempt to familiarize a potentially enormous web audience with his interesting personality and his exciting art.

An idea of making the most famous artworks of Avi Kenan available for viewing online was accepted at My Web Factory with enthusiasm. MWF web design specialists were carefully developing an aesthetic solution for the site, which would accurately reflect the artistic world of the sculptor. A section was added to the site which described an artistic vision of Avi Kenan, and what is valuable, in his own words. A categorized gallery of Avi Kenan’s works is added to the site, which now includes paintings, works of conceptual art, monumental art and so on. The system offers site visitors a subscription to newsletters with regular updates on exhibitions, workshops and other important events.

In the future it is planned to add further features to the site, for example, “Avi Kenan Shop”.
