EU Property Portfolio is a young company created in March 2003 by three partners. This company offers a wide range of investment opportunities in both residential and commercial property. For this purpose EU Property Portfolio established a wide network of specialists, including property developers, estate agents & asset managers, legal and tax experts and financial advisers. Services offered by EU Property Portfolio Company range from legal and tax advice to property acquisition and project/construction management.

An idea of this site was to organise the huge data array on property available in France and other European countries. Considering the company’s constant geographical expansion, this task looked especially challenging and exiting. Due to great efforts of many MWF professionals in web design and web development, a great web site was created with many useful features by which a modern web site is characterized: newsletter subscription system, web form submission system, GIF animated banners, flash design intro and elements of flash design on the main page and some product pages.
